Glass lining is typically used to prevent Struvite, Vivionite, grease, sludge and scum accumulation in wastewater and sewage treatment facilities. 

Due to the application process, the glass lining is bonded to the base metal on a molecular level.  This creates a permanent bond which means the glass lining will not separate from the base metal during standard operation.  

Samples of glass lined pipe taken from several treatment plants showed little to no scale accumulation or pipe wall deterioration after 35 years in service. There are currently no organic lining materials that provide the same service-life longevity. This exceptional lining performance will significantly reduce your operational and maintenance costs.
